Return Eligibility:
We offer a 3-day return policy, valid from the date the parcel is delivered.
Returns are only accepted if the kefir fails to ferment, despite following our provided instructions carefully.
Important Conditions:
The customer must contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.
The kefir must have been fermented using only fresh and pure (boiled-Room temperature Cooled) milk.
Packed, UHT, or processed milk is not recommended and may affect the fermentation process. Returns will not be accepted if improper milk is used.

Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
