What we collect
- Your name, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver and confirm orders.
- Your order history and refill preferences.
- Messages you send us by email or the contact form.
- Basic, anonymous website analytics (pages visited, device type). We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and confirm orders and refills.
- To reply to questions and send order and delivery updates by email.
- To send our weekly flavour message, only if you opted in. Unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our products and website.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to fulfil your order: our delivery riders, and courier partners for out-of-city shipments. We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 12 months for accounting and to handle replacements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by using the contact form or emailing info@kefirbuy.com.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We handle personal data in line with the applicable laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
Cookies
The site uses a small local store on your device to remember your cart. We keep anonymous counts of visits, product views, baskets and orders on this site, to see where the shop can be better. They are not linked to you. We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for visit statistics, with Google’s advertising features switched off. Only if you accept advertising cookies, we use Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to measure our ads and show you our products on those sites. You can change your choice at any time.
