Policy

Delivery, returns and replacements.

Everything is brewed fresh, so here is exactly how it gets to you and what happens if something is wrong.

Delivery in Peshawar

  • Order before 2pm for delivery the same evening, between 4pm and 9pm. Orders after 2pm go out the next day.
  • Delivery is Rs 250, free over Rs 5,000.
  • If nobody is home, the rider will call. We can leave the bag with a neighbour or guard if you tell us in advance; we cannot leave fresh products unattended.

Shipping outside Peshawar

  • Milk kefir grains, water kefir grains, SCOBY kits and starter kits ship by courier anywhere in Pakistan (2 to 4 working days) for Rs 299. Cultures are packed in fresh food and travel well for up to 5 days.
  • Kefir drinks, kefir yogurt and sauerkraut are delivered in Peshawar only. Kombucha tea and kimchi go by courier to every city in Pakistan.

Live culture guarantee

If your SCOBY or grains do not become active within 14 days of delivery, send us a photo through the contact form and a short note on how you brewed. We will troubleshoot with you first; if the culture is dead, we send a replacement free of charge, once per order.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Check your bag when it arrives. If a bottle is leaking or broken, or an item is wrong or missing, tell the rider or message us within 24 hours with a photo. We will replace it on the next delivery or refund that item.

Returns and refunds

  • Because our products are fresh food, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
  • Refunds for damaged, wrong or missing items are paid within 3 working days by a method we agree with you, or credited to your next order if you prefer.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders can be refused at the door for any reason before payment.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself within 1 hour of placing it, as long as we have not started preparing it. Open the order from My account, the link in your order email, or Track your order, press Cancel this order and tell us why.

After that, message us on WhatsApp or call us and we will do what we can. Once an order is on its way it can no longer be cancelled.

If you have already paid, the advance or the whole order, we refund it in full within 3 working days, to the EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank account you paid from.
