Where do you deliver?
All of Peshawar. Order before 2pm for delivery the same evening. Outside Peshawar we ship cultures (grains and SCOBY) by courier; drinks and yogurt stay in Peshawar.
How much is delivery?
Rs 250 within Peshawar, free on orders over Rs 5,000. Pickup from Canal Road Pawaka, Peshawar is free.
How do I pay?
Accepted at checkout: Cash on delivery, JazzCash or bank transfer.
How long do the drinks last?
Keep them in the fridge. Kombucha is best within 3 weeks and kefir and kefir yogurt within 7 days of the “brewed on” date printed on each bottle. Kimchi and sauerkraut keep for 2 months refrigerated.
What if my SCOBY or grains don’t work?
Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement. See the Delivery & Returns page for details.
Do you sell to cafés and shops?
Yes. We supply kombucha on a weekly schedule and can brew private-label batches. Email info@kefirbuy.com or use the contact form.
Are your products pasteurised?
No. Everything is raw and live, which is the point.
